About Me

Nobody’s perfect, but we can learn to maximize the good in us all. I’m big on walking the walk: I’ve earned a professional degree, found the love of my life, overcame my eating disorders, resolved numerous health issues, formed amazing friendships, spared animal lives, diminished my carbon footprint, found confidence, and most importantly, learned how maintain it all.

I couldn’t do better until I knew better. Now I share what I’ve learned and how I implement that knowledge to empower others to do the same.
